All day long, for the larger part of almost every week, you spend huge amounts of time, remotely or in proximity-with people. People you didn’t necessarily choose to spend that much time with. You have to lead some of them, follow some, serve some and collaborate with others. How you work with people can lead to workplace hell or heaven.

My work, and this website and blog exist to help you make the absolute most of the time you spend with other people in two ways. I want to cultivate your most human ability to understand and lead yourself and others. I also want to help you tap into your innate genius for turning the conflict that happens into something that releases rather than constricts–something that makes you and the people you work with–humanely and wildly successful.
