Edree Allen-Agbro is a professional leadership developer with 30 years of experience in a broad range of organizations.

In her work as a consultant, coach, educator and speaker, she has helped thousands of managers, executives, professionals and other leaders increase their ability to lead themselves and to create healthy, productive and mutually beneficial business relationships.

Her professional experience includes 9 years as a graduate faculty member at the Leadership Institute of Seattle School of Applied Behavioral Science. She was also departmental head of an oil company and a headmistress of a private school-both in Nigeria.
